With this interface, a user can simply select a diamond from the inventory list on the left, and all of the company's existing diamonds are scanned through. The ones that meet the pre-specified criteria as a match are listed to the right. Multiple columns in each section provide identifying details about each stone. Summary information displays at the bottom and changes dynamically as different stones are selected and paired.



 

 






Diamond Stud Source's inventory contains thousands of stones. Some are available, others have been sold, and yet others are being lent to, or rented out by, diamond sellers. With this useful tool, an employee or manager can quickly and accurately view the status of different stones, run reports by client, availability, and other criteria. One can also retrieve certificates for selected stones.
